Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R400 is payable directly to the establishment.

House Rules

1. R400.00 Breakage Deposit per chalet must be paid on arrival, and will be handed back after a quick inspection has been done and after the keys has been handed back with TV and DSTV Remotes. Please note that a cancellation fee will be charged on cancellation. Do not pay Breakage Deposit in bank account.

2. Cloeteskraal Chalets is unable to accommodate bookings for stag/hen parties or school leavers (“Matric Rage”). Any such bookings will be cancelled, with no refund given. The property apologizes for any inconvenience.

3. No pets are allowed under any circumstances!

4. Daily visitors are welcome. A daily rate of R100.00 will be charged. Daily Visitors must be out at 18:00. Failing to do so may lead to your account being charged with an extra day’s cost.

5. Cloeteskraal Chalets will not be held accountable for any loss or damage to personal property or any injuries that may occur.

6. Cloeteskraal Chalets reserve the right to admission at all times.

7. Arrival times strictly from 13H00 and latest 19H00.

8. The sound levels of all music/sound equipment must be kept at a low level not to be a nuisance to other guests.

9. Silence to be observed from 22H00.

10. The number of people restricted to the number of beds per unit.

11. Non-Peak Season: The unit must only be vacated at 15:00 on the day of departure. So please, enjoy your day with us, unless your unit is booked out for the same day for the next guest, your departure time is 10:00.
Peak Season: The unit must be vacated at 10:00.

12. We have a Jungle Gym and a Three level Swimming pool for small kiddies or old! For even more fun in the sun!
*Please note that the Swimming Pool will be closed from 01 May until 01 October, during Winter Months.
