House Rules
Check-in is from 14:00 – 19:00 each day – if you require an earlier or later check-in please let the host know and they will ensure to assist where possible.
Check-out on the day of departure is at 11:00.
Late check-outs will be charged as follows:
11:00 – 13:00 is 20% of the daily rate.
After 13:00 is a full night’s stay.
No pets are allowed, and the house is non-smoking.
Notice:
In respect to the neighbours please do not make a noise or play loud music after 10.00 pm.
Security cameras are located at the front and back of the property.
Absolutely no house parties allowed. Guests will be asked to vacate the property immediately.
