House Rules

Kaliva units are allocated on the day of arrival and according to availability therefore specific room numbers cannot be guaranteed.

A late departure fee will be levied per hour past the 10:00 departure time.

Kaliva units can only be occupied from 16:00 and must be vacated and the key must be handed in at reception by 10:00 on the day of departure unless prior arrangements have been made.

Resort facilities may not be used after this time.

Kaliva units are let out strictly according to the number of beds provided and exceeding specified occupants will not be permitted at any time.

Please note no visitors are allowed in residential areas.

Portage service is not provided.

Certain Kaliva units do not have built-in braai facilities, and braaiing is restricted to public braai areas as no portable braai is permitted.

Bathing caps are compulsory for indoor swimming pools and are available for purchase at the Health & Leisure desk.

Guests are required to bring along their own beach and swimming towels.

The establishment does not allow pets.

No portable sound devices are allowed.

No drones are permitted in the airspace above the Resort.

A fee per day will be levied for the trailer parking area. The usage of this parking area is compulsory for all trailers on the resort.

There is only 1 designated parking bay per unit.

Shuttle service can be arranged by Reception at an additional charge.
