By car, you're 5 minutes away from the V&A Waterfront, 10 minutes from the Table Mountain Cable Way and 5 minutes from the famous Camps Bay promenade.
Step into this minimalist, crisp, beach-infused apartment. The sound and sight of the ocean up front and centre, melt your tension away.
The apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests and comprises 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen and living area. The main bedroom contains a king-size bed, and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower-over-bath, a toilet and a washbasin. The second bedroom contains a king-size bed. Both bedrooms can be converted to a twin bed on request. The second bathroom is fitted with a shower, a toilet and a washbasin. All linen, towels and beach towels are included, as well as hairdryers, liquid soap and shower gel.
The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and contains a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, washer dryer combo, and cutlery and crockery. There is also a breakfast bar with stools. The dining area has seating space for 6 people, while the lounge has a comfy lounge suite and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV with selected DStv channels. Free Wi-Fi access is also provided.
Safe parking is provided in the basement for 1 car with direct access to the building via a small set of stairs.
