We were not able to stay the weekend as someone close to us passed away. But the host was very understanding and said we can choose to come again on a weekend that suits. We really appreciated that. Would definitely recommend Cone Cottage to anyone.

The cottage was super comfortable and had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable. The area is quiet and the place was safe. The owners were super friendly and helpful.

Convenient. But needs better quality bath and one extra towel plus hand towel.

Lovely location, well appointed, and friendly owners.

The staircase is spiral and steep, hence the lower safety rating. Not suitable for elderly or very young guests - the bathroom is downstairs and navigating the staircase is difficult.

Comfortable and clean. Everything you need for a short stay.

Comfortable beds and warm duvets for the cold weather we had. We really enjoyed our time there.

Very pleasant stay, close to the city.

We had a wonderful stay with no issues. Host checked on us to ensure we had everything we needed, even had handheld lamps for load-shedding. She stated we could use the braai area that has been added since the pictures. Comfortable and quiet. She was very helpful with wet clothes due to rain and immediately offered the use of the washing line and brought over pins for clothes. Make sure to say hi to the beautiful Labrador that lives there, she is super sweet.

Many details were thought through - eg. a flask for boiling water during load shedding.

Our stay at Cone Cottage was fabulous.

Cone Cottage is an excellent choice as a base camp when visiting Cape Town. The Hostess, Karin was so caring and provided a lot of advice on where to go and things to see. The location made it easy to reach our desired destinations quickly and we didn't have to travel far. Gorgeous Jess, the friendly labrador, gave us lots of love!

Ons het baie welkom gevoel daar - die eienaars is verskriklik vriendelik en behulpsaam. Sal die plek enige tyd weer besoek en sal dit vir ander ook aanbeveel.

Lekker toegerus selfs vir loadshedding.

Goed ingerig, sentraal geleë van waar ons wou wees. Selfs gasbottel tot ons beskikking gehad vir loadshedding tye. Daar was altyd warm water en ons kon selfs wifi van Cone Cottage gebruik het.

Uitstekend.

Ligging was perfek vir ons behoeftes. Eie ingang en heel op jou eie. Dit was perfek vir ons kom en gaan deur die loop van ons verblyf. Oulikste plekkie en goeie diens.

Lovely hosts, very comfortable accommodation and well-appointed. Good access to shops, city, Vincent Pallotti Hospital, main roads. I will certainly stay here again should I visit Cape Town.

Netjies en goed geleë.

Cone Cottage is 'n ideale basis om Kaapstad vanaf te verken. Lieflike, stil woonbuurt met winkels vir inkopies naby. Als is skoon en netjies en daar is veilige parkering. Vir langer kuiers sal 'n groter yskas baie help.

Het net plek nodig vir slaap, voldoen aan al my vereistes want ons verken die Kaap.
