Constantia Valley Family Home is a stylishly furnished family home ideal for a vacation, that’s situated in the heart of the Constantia and is perfect for guests who are looking for accommodation that’s centrally located to most main attractions in Cape Town.

This vacation home can sleep up to 8 guests and comprises 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a kitchen, a living area and a swimming pool. The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, toilet, and washbasin. This room also has direct access to the swimming pool. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet and washbasin. The third and fourth bedrooms both contain 1 single bed and the third bathroom is fitted with a bath, shower, toilet and washbasin.

The living area is furnished with a lounge suite, a fireplace, and a flat-screen TV that’s installed with Netflix and AppleTV. Free Wi-Fi is also available. The dining area has a dining table with chairs and the open-plan kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, gas stove, oven, toaster, microwave, basic cutlery and crockery, as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities. The scullery is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, and a tumble dryer.

The glass stack doors open to the veranda which has a picnic table where guests can enjoy their meals outside or cool down in the swimming pool. An alternative energy source keeps the Wi-Fi and certain lightbulbs on during loadshedding. Both gas and Weber braai facilities are available on the premises and there’s also a lovely enclosed garden. Safe parking is available behind a gate and also immediately outside the premises.
