Copperleigh Trout Cabin is a luxury self-catering log cabin located on Copperleigh Farm, overlooking the 10-hectare trout-stocked Mavela Dam in the upper Dargle area, part of the popular Midlands Meander in Kwazulu-Natal. This cabin is perfect for guests who are looking for a relaxing getaway.
This cabin can accommodate up to 2 guests in 1 bedroom and includes 1 en-suite bathroom. The bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and the en-suite bathroom features a shower, heated towel rail, washbasin and toilet. Linen and luxury bath sheets are provided, however, guests are required to bring their own swimming towels.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, 2 induction stove tops with approved pots and pans, a combination oven with a microwave, cutlery and crockery, tea- and coffee-making facilities and a dining table. The open-plan living room is furnished with a comfortable leather couch and a Smart TV which includes complimentary Amazon Prime, DStv Stream Premium, Netflix and Showmax. Access to free Wi-Fi is also available.
Guests have access to a covered wooden deck that is furnished with outdoor furniture, where they can enjoy stunning views over the dam. Braai facilities and secure parking are also available on the premises. Paddles and some life jackets are provided with the kayak at each unit. Guests should bring their own life jackets as there are limited sizes. This property is approximately 30km outside of Howick, where guests can enjoy amenities such as shops and restaurants.
