Description
Cosy Stone Cottage is a lovely self-catering unit for 6 people in Still Bay East, Still Bay, 400 m from the lagoon.
The 1926-stone house is filled with character and comprises 3 bedrooms, a bathroom, an open-plan kitchen and lounge, and the house has a partial view of the river. Two of the bedrooms each contain a queen-size bed, and the third is furnished with a bunk bed. The rooms share the use of a bathroom with a bath, a shower, and a toilet. For convenience, linen and towels are provided.
The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a microwave, a stove and oven, a fridge, cutlery and crockery, as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities. Guests can relax in the lounge which is equipped with a TV with selected DStv channels. WiFi is available.
The outdoor braai area is sheltered from the wind, and the property is fenced.
Stilbaai offers various activities ranging from golfing, hiking trails, surfing, fishing, swimming, canoeing, whale watching between July to November, and more. Attractions in the area include the eels at the Tourism Bureau, the historical rock pool fish traps, the Anglo-Boer War Memorial, the Blombos Museum of Archaeology, and guests can also visit the various nature reserves in the area.
