Cozumel 311 is a modern self-catering apartment located in the popular and secure Cozumel complex in Umdloti. The complex offers spectacular views of the famous Umdloti Tidal Pool and is close to many restaurants and shops.

The apartment can accommodate up to 5 guests and comprises 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area. The first bedroom contains a queen-size bed, and has sliding doors opening to the balcony. The second bedroom contains a bunk bed, and an additional single bed. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans. The bathroom contains a bath, a toilet and a washbasin.

The kitchen is fitted with a fridge-freezer, stove and oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, and washing machine. The dining area contains a 6-seater dining table and chairs. The lounge contains seating, a ceiling fan, and a flat-screen TV with a selection of DStv channels. Sliding doors open to a covered balcony with outdoor furniture and beautiful sea views.
