Was great staying in Cozumel 317.

Lovely place to stay by the sea.

Safe, neat and quiet. We were there in June, out of season.

It was a pleasure to stay at Cozumel.

Nice view of the sea. Flat is neat with all the necessary facilities.

The apartment was well located, right across from the beach, but definitely needs a good cleaning.

The bathroom's ceiling was full of mold and the guest toilet's sink, handle of the flushing system as well as the door's handle and door itself were very dirty. There was no bath plug. On the second morning of our stay, we saw a sticker on our car window saying that we were parking illegally. The guard at the gate said we had to be out already, even though we had booked for two more days and paid ahead of time. The apartment next door was full of contract workers, and over the weekend there was much more than the apartment could accommodate, loud music and drinking all Sunday. Many of the items on the list are not in the apartment. It would be good to have a trash can outside on the porch. The silicone in the shower and floor tiles in the bathroom by the shower definitely need attention. The stovetops were dirty, and I'm not just talking about the rust on the stovetops. Enough crockery and very good fridge. Comfortable bed and pillows. Security was not good. Anyone walked in and out of the gate.

Was possibly a little expensive compared to our usual vacation destination in Shelley Beach which is a much larger unit with 2 full bathrooms with the same view and distance from the beach and especially since it was already off season. The street is very very busy with visitors from outside who are a bit rowdy at times and change into swimwear right in front of you, especially men. Public use scrubs in front of Cozumel for ablution and trade. Regardless, it was the ideal unit in terms of comfort, location, security and view. Thank you.
