Cozumel 407 is a lovely self-catering apartment located on the fourth floor of the popular and secure Cozumel complex in Umdloti. The complex offers spectacular views of the famous Umdloti Tidal Pool and is close to many restaurants and shops.
The air-conditioned apartment can accommodate up to 6 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area. The first bedroom contains a double bed and a shower en suite with a toilet and washbasin. The second and third bedrooms each contain a double bed. These 2 rooms share a bathroom with a bath, a toilet and a washbasin. All the bedrooms have ceiling fans.
The kitchen is fitted with a fridge-freezer, stove and oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, and a breakfast bar with stools. The dining area contains a 6-seater dining table and benches and a bar fridge. The lounge contains seating and a flat-screen TV with a selection of DStv channels. Sliding doors open to a covered balcony with outdoor furniture and beautiful sea views.
The Cozumel complex offers communal laundry facilities and automatic gate access operated by a security guard. There is also a communal swimming pool with braai facilities.
