It also features a small kitchen area which leads out onto the pool area. the kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer, two plate stove with small oven, and microwave. Depending on the number of people, this room can be included in the house and can also have a double sleeper couch or bunk bed added for children.

The first bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed while the second bedroom has 2 single beds which can be made into a king-size bed on request. These 2 rooms share a full bathroom and a separate toilet. The third bedroom is a bunk room and sleeps 2 adults or 4 small children. This room has use of an additional toilet and shower. The house has a fully equipped, granite kitchen with a separate scullery, and an open-plan lounge and dining area. The living area opens to a covered verandah with built-in braai facilities and outdoor dining furniture that seats 8 to 12 people comfortably. The braai area overlooks the swimming pool.
