Perfect spot if you like fishing.

Danny's Haven is a lovely spacious house which is well equipped with all you need. We enjoyed ou stay very much, I would however like to mention that there is a bridge nearby with trains and traffic. I also did not feel save to take walks in the vicinity due to locals fishing in front of Danny' Haven. Blue water Bay is 7 min away from the house and was a lovely beach to visit.

Perfect holiday house for a bigger group.

The house is fully equipped, well maintained and offers space to a big group without it becoming crowded. The owner made sure all was fine beforehand and was reachable during our stay in case something would happen. It did, the washing machine drain got blocked and she immediately organised a plumber. Excellent service and really a great place to spend your holiday!

It is a haven away from the hustle and bustle of city life.

Danny's Haven should be booked in its entirety by a family or group of friends who want to be in a peaceful setting with a beautiful view from the entertainment deck. It has ample room for children to play and the road in front of the venue is not open to traffic, so playing outside, going for nice long walks next to the river, fishing and going out on the river with small boats, would be the perfect way to combine a business trip while bringing the family along too. The access road to this beautiful little gem could be a bit scary for strangers who do not know the area, but the owners go out of their way to assist in any way possible.The separate flat unit has every commodity to allow one to feel at home and is very clean and neat. A definite choice for single travellers or couples who do not enjoy staying in hotels. What makes the experience staying here special, is that the owners go the extra mile to make sure guests are reassured and made to feel safe and comfortable, no matter what time of the day or night.

The area is not safe at all and the location is very close to the sewage farm. It's a walkthrough to location.

We had to remove the garbage bags ourselves and carry them up to the corner of the street. The area is not a vacationer's dream vacation. Very few fish were caught and Tania said it was a very good fishing area. It's very far from the sea and from any restaurants or clean, tidy shops. The house is nice inside, but alas the place is definitely in the wrong area for vacationers. Very bad environment with the sewage farm around the corner and the stench in the air. Water is dirty in the Swakops River. It's a walk through to the location and you don't feel safe at all.
