Dawsons Game Lodge is located just off the R38, where large herds of zebra, impala, springbok, blesbuck, eland and wildebeest, slowly wander the 1200ha Savanna plain.

Accommodation at Dawson's ranges from the fully-inclusive pampered hospitality of the lodge which is a spectacular home of luxury with its 8 African colonial rooms; to the secluded self-catering Homestead which is a restored old farmhouse- built in 1906, and the Cottage.

The 8 individually styled luxurious en-suite rooms feature cosy fireplaces and large Victorian-style bathrooms. All of the facilities are of the highest standard, large suites with dry-stone interior walls, percale linen, handpicked antique furniture, a walk-in closet and heated towel rails.

The lodge facilities offer a rich décor and the wrap-around veranda with its stunning views creates an African ambience which takes you back to the grandeur and splendour of the Colonial era. The original Dawson’s home houses the reception, 3 lounges, dining room, library, TV room and bar.
