Description

Desert Quiver Camp is located 5 km from the entrance gate to Sossusvlei. This modern self-catering accommodation is uniquely designed to blend in perfectly with the natural surrounding environment.

Accommodation is available in a selection of 24 uniquely designed, self-catering units. Each spacious, air-conditioned bedroom features twin beds, a fold-out sleeper couch, space for suitcases, shelves, hanging space and an electronic safe. Each unit features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet and basin with vanity space. Each unit has a fold-out sleeper couch that can accommodate 2 small children under the age of 12.

In addition, each unit opens onto a patio that features braai facilities, a fitted kitchenette equipped with a wash-up area, a bar fridge, 2-plate stove, and a wooden bench for seating. Utility boxes with most utensils needed for self-catering are available at reception at a fully refundable deposit fee.

There are 2 disabled-friendly units situated near the main building. These units have no steps and the showers have been enlarged and fitted with handles for easy accessibility.
