Die Damhuis is located on a wine farm just 5 km outside Rawsonville. It was originally an old cement dam, which was later converted into a braai room. Because of a shortage of accommodation in the area, it was converted to a self-catering unit in August 2016.

Theuns and Charmaine Botha, together with their 3 sons, is the second generation living on the farm Mossiesdrift. Their hospitality, love of people and thankfullness for the area they live in, are the most important driving forces behind this guest unit.
