Tokkie has 2 bedrooms of which 1 room has 1 single bed and the second room has 2 single beds. It has a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, fridge, microwave, coffee- and tea-making facilities, crockery and cutlery. The living room has comfortable seating and a wood-burn stove oven. The bedroom with the 2 single beds has an air-conditioner and the single room has a ceiling fan. The unit shares a bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet and basin.

Jasper is the smallest of the 3 residential units and comprises an open-plan layout fitted with a double bed and a separate bathroom with a shower, toilet and basin. It has a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, fridge, microwave, coffee- and tea-making facilities, crockery and cutlery.

All of the units have a patio and braai facilities are available as well as a lock-up garage is available for guests' use.

Vosburg is a beautiful, old Karoo village with large shade trees. There are 2 coffee shops serving meals in the town, Rick's Karoo Winkel, just across Die Katte, as well as Die Ketel at the entrance to the town.
