Description
Die Lemoenhuis is a rustic, self-catering cottage located on the owner's property, situated in Calvinia. Ideal for anyone looking for comfortable lodging, away from the hustle and bustle of city life or just a break in a long journey.
The cottage is fully furnished and comprises lounge, kitchen, bathroom and two bedrooms. Both bedrooms are equipped with a double bed . The bathroom has a shower, basin and toilet. There is also a gas heater for cold weather and fans for hot days. There are electric blankets on the beds. Clothing hangers, hairdryer, linen and towels are provided. There are mosquito nets on both beds.
The open-plan living area features neat seating arrangements to relax on, and the kitchen contains a bar fridge, a microwave, a two-plate stove as well as crockery and cutlery, tea, water, coffee, sugar and milk plus some homemade rusks. Tea towels and dishwashing liquid are supplied. A TV with selected DStv channels and Wi-Fi is available.
Guests can relax on the verandah and make use of the braai facility. Lock up garage is available for a vehicle next to the cottage as well, with security on the property. Die Lemoenhuis is within close proximity to a few coffee shops, restaurants and a museum as well.
