This historical cottage was built in the 18th century and consists of open-plan living. The farm-style cottage can accommodate up to 4 persons and is furnished with 1 king-size bed and 2 single beds, and the bathroom is fitted with a shower and a separate bath, basin, and toilet; hot water is supplied via a donkey boiler, which guests can light either in the morning or late afternoon. Adjacent to the beds is a kitchenette that contains a gas fridge and a gas stove. The lounge area has couches and a wood-burning fireplace. The cottage opens to a verandah, which has a braai area and overlooks the river and mountains. This cottage has no electricity and cellphone reception.
