Die Vette Vis is located on the bank of the Vaal Dam, Oranjeville, and offers quality accommodation for a family or group of friends. It has direct access to the water and is within easy reach of numerous shops, restaurants, activities and attractions.
The house comprises 1 bedroom and a spacious loft. The main bedroom has a double bed and the loft holds 2 double beds and a single bed, accommodating up to 7 guests at a time. The bathroom has a bath, toilet and basin. Linen and towels are supplied for guests' convenience.
The kitchen is equipped with a stove and oven, a fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer, coffee- and tea-making facilities, crockery and cutlery.
The lounge has comfortable couches as well as a TV with a DStv connection. Guests are required to bring their own DStv decoder, smartcard and remote to make use of this facility.
The covered verandah, with a built-in braai, is the ideal place to enjoy the view of the dam.
The area is ideal for fishing, water sports, bird watching, star gazing, hiking, biking and anything that can be done in the great outdoors. De Vry Distillery, Boer War battlefield and museums, Riemland attractions, the town of Parys and the Vredefort Dome are conveniently accessible for day trips.
