Thanks for taking the time to review us. We are glad you enjoyed your stay.

You made your booking through Lekkeslaap/TravelGround, and we communicated via this site directly with you. We advised that our check-in time is between 14h00 and 18h00, and we advised that we take a R2000 breakage deposit at check-in. We did offer an alternative, to pay this prior via EFT or credit card but you didn’t take us up on this offer.

At approx. 18h30 Tina, your dk villas host, called you to find out what time you plan to check in. You advised that you are approx. 30minutes away, and will check-in at 19h00. Then at 20h00, Tina advised me that you still hadn’t arrived. I tried to call you, and sent you a message, as we were concerned. I managed to speak to you just after 20h00, and you advised that you were on your way. You then arrived at 20h20 with no breakage deposit. Tina requested you to go and draw this. I don’t believe that this qualifies as poor customer service. We tried to accommodate you as much as possible.

Despite coming late, we do believe that the weather was great, and you and your family had a great time.

We look forward to welcoming you back to one of our dk villas soon again.

Thank you for the brilliant reviews. We always strive that all our villas are equipment with all the essentials you need to make your stay as comfortable and easy when you stay with us.
I cannot agree more that we are only 100m away from the beach and that the short walk makes the long beach walks even more exciting.

Thank you for the brilliant review. Much appreciated. I will convey your appreciation to Tina our host in Dwarskersbos. In respect of the location, and as you say, it is ideal to detox from the City life, our place is just 100 m from the beach, and although the little village of Dwarskersbos is fairly remote, there are great selections of restaurants and shops in the greater area.
