Dolohin Place is situated in Port Owen, a marina in Velddrif, 145 km from Cape Town on the West Coast of the Cape Province of South Africa. Velddrif is best known for its lively fishing harbour with traditional fishermen's cottages and its unmistakable bokkoms. picturesque river mouth and salt marshes that are inhabited by flamingos.

Dolphin Place offers self-catering accommodation for 6 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with heated towel rails, a jet spa bath with a shower, basin and toilet. The second bedroom, off the main bedroom, has 2 single beds and is suitable for younger children. The third bedroom also has 2 single beds. The second and third bedrooms share a bathroom. The bathroom is fitted with an oval bath, shower, basin and toilet. Towels are provided.

The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a combination fridge-freezer, a microwave, an oven, an air fryer, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a tumble dryer, crockery and cutlery. The unit also has indoor and outside braai areas and an outdoor living space with a patio and a balcony offering views across the marina.

Guests have access to free Wi-Fi, an outdoor pizza oven and secure onsite parking. The fenced-in garden is safe for children and pets. Pets is allowed on prior arrangement. The unit now has a solar-powered UPS.
