Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the establishment.
House Rules
Please note that Sodwana Bay does experience load shedding and well as regular power cuts - this is unfortunately out of our control.
When this happens we, unfortunately, lose water too, as it is all pumped from our borehole.
There is a backup light and cooking can be done with gas.
To access the beach you have to go through the park entry gate and pay a daily rate.
There is another private house on the property but guests have their own electric gate and a private entrance.
The access road is a 1.5km single sandy track and although a 4x4 is not needed, it is not suitable for vehicles with low clearance.
The cottage is serviced weekly.
Additional service can be arranged on request @ R150 per day (except Sundays and public holidays)
