Situated below the Southern Slopes of Chapman’s Peak Drive, DunRoaming is a beautiful holiday home ideally located in the heart of San Michel, Noordhoek and is an ideal option for a memorable family holiday as it has a private heated swimming pool and an expansive wooden deck.
This property can accommodate a total of 6 adults and 3 children and comprises 3 tastefully decorated en-suite bedrooms which have direct access to the deck. The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, an optional cot as well as a child-only double sleeper couch. The remaining 2 bedrooms each have a king-size bed and all 3 bathrooms are fitted with a walk-in shower, bath, washbasin and toilet. All 3 bedrooms have a TV and a coffee station with a Nespresso machine but the main bedroom has an additional kitchenette with a bar fridge and microwave. Crisp white linen, bath towels and bath soaps are provided.
The open-plan living area features a kitchen fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, coffee machine, cutlery and crockery as well as a dishwasher. Leading from the kitchen is an 8-seater dining table and a lounge with comfortable seating, a double sleeper couch and a TV. Complimentary uncapped Wi-Fi is available. Additionally, this living area has an indoor braai, a wine cooler and an ice machine.
Through the stacking doors, there is an outdoor dining table underneath an umbrella. Guests can fully relax and catch some sun on the sun loungers next to the swimming pool. The property not only offers secure parking but it boasts the most beautiful sunsets as well as ocean and mountain views.
