Regarding DStv in the hotel rooms depending on the room booked, we do offer DStv in specific rooms such Luxury room, Executive room, Penthouse and the Apartments. In the Bachelor, Standard and Economy we offer Openview.

Regarding gate operation, we have managed to speak with the security guys to be quick and efficient when opening the gate for the guest and we confirm that everything is working in good order.

Disappointing stay at Forest Sandown.

Check in was a lengthy process. A security/breakage deposit was required upon check in, and was not stated on the website or upon reservation booking. Aircon and TV was not in working order. We didn't like the way we were treated, from the moment we got there had to check everything to ensure nothing was out of order and that we would be held liable for any breakages we didn’t cause. The executive 2 bedrooms apartment that we upgraded you to is 268 square meter large, so we need to check everything before you check out to ensure everything is in order. We could not check you in before the security deposit was paid. After you arrived and paid the security deposit, you were checked in within 2 minutes.
