Description
Overlooking the golf course and the swimming pool, the modern Cottage is ideal for 2 guests, and has a private entrance. The air-conditioned bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed with feather pillows as well as anti-allergy pillows, and the en-suite bathroom is fitted with a shower, and a toilet. For convenience, linen, bath, and swimming towels are provided. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a 2-plate stove and oven, a fridge, cutlery and crockery, as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities, and complimentary tea, coffee, and sugar are also provided. The cottage has a dining area for 2, and the lounge has a comfortable leather couch, as well as a TV with selected DStv channels. The Cottage has a lovely view of the golf course and swimming pool, which guests are welcome to use. Parking is provided, and please note, smoking is not allowed in the cottage.

The owners live on the premises with their dogs.
Please note, the Cottage is accessed by stairs to the kitchen and is unfortunately not wheelchair accessible.
No swimming is allowed after 21:00.
Children can, unfortunately, not be accommodated.
Smoking and vaping are not allowed in the units.
No visitors are allowed in the units. Only paying guests are allowed.
In the case of hospital patients arrangements need to be made with the owner for quick visits.
There is a clubhouse on the estate that guests can use to meet their visitors.
One vehicle per unit is allowed.
No noise after 20:00 as it is a private estate and there are rules against it.
There is a friendly request that electricity, air-conditioning and water are used thoughtfully and should please be switched off when guests leave the unit.
A breakage deposit is payable for stays of longer than 5 days.

Unit A is a modern unit that comprises a bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette and living area. The bedroom has a queen-size bed in it and a study desk. The bathroom is fitted with double sinks, a shower, a toilet and a bath. The living area has a comfortable sofa as well as a dining table with 4 chairs for meals. The unit has a full DStv. The kitchenette has a kettle, fridge, small freezer, snappy chef plate, microwave oven, a combination oven, rotisserie and air fryer. The entrance is at ground level and there is a balcony by the living area door. There is secure parking available for one vehicle.
