Upon paying the full amount, they referred us to an alternative accommodation, which was not the standard we signed up for and it seems they are used to referring guests there. The staff were not expecting us, were rude and not welcoming, and treated us with no respect. They didn't explain anything nor show us the premises, therefore we didn't know where the facilities were and had to drive out for all our meals. The suite that was allocated to us was stuffy, and we had little to no privacy. Definitely not book with Eco Gardens, nor would I recommend it.
