This 8 sleeper unit comprises 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. There are 2 bedrooms are that are each furnished with a queen-size bed and they each have an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, washbasin and toilet. The third bedroom contains 2 bunk beds and makes use of the third bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, washbasin, washing machine and toilet. This unit features an open-plan kitchen that is fully equipped with a gas stove, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery. The kitchen opens up to a spacious living area with comfortable couches and a TV with a full selection of DStv channels. Guests have a private patio with and outdoor furniture as well as braai facilities. Parking is in front of this unit.

Guests enter the property at their own risk. This is a residential area so no loud noises, shouting, loud music or parties are allowed. If the owners receive a complaint, they have the right to vacate the guests without a refund.
Guests are required to leave the house the same way they received it when checking in. Guests will be held liable for any damages or missing items. Any additional cleaning will be charged appropriately and may include costs for loss of business. Losses include lost income, specialist expenses, and sourcing of alternative accommodation as necessary. The guest acknowledges that the charge may be debited from the credit card or charge facility used for payment of the booking.
Please note this is a strictly non-smoking unit. Should this rule be ignored, guests will be charged in full for the entire stay plus an additional amount for deep cleaning. This Payment will be taken from the card used to secure the booking.
A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the establishment.
Eck-o Breeze and its staff do not accept liability in respect of any loss or damage to articles brought into the property. We also do not accept responsibility for the cars while parked on our premises. All cars are parked at their own risk.
