Description
Eclipse Fully Equipped Studio is a self-catering studio apartment conveniently located in the secure Eclipse building in the heart of bustling Green Point, close to the V&A Waterfront, CTICC, stadium, shops, restaurants, the promenade, and the city centre.
The fully furnished studio can accommodate up to 2 guests and has an open-plan layout. The bedroom area contains a queen-size bed, ample cupboard space, an air-conditioner, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower-over-bath, a toilet and a washbasin.
There is a kitchen that is fitted with a fridge-freezer, stove and oven, a washing machine and dryer combo, as well as a coffee machine for when you don’t feel like going out for a cuppa. The cosy living and dining area has been decorated with tasteful art and modern furniture. You can pick up a book from the bookcase to have a quiet read. You don’t have to worry about staying in touch with loved ones as there is Wi-Fi available and for the days you just want to relax there is an Android TV box to keep you entertained.
The Eclipse building offers 24-hour manned security, based in the reception lobby, as well as electric fencing around the premises and security cameras mounted all over the building. Basement parking is provided, with remote control entry. The building also features a communal swimming pool, located in front of the building, that guests are welcome to make use of.
