Description

Eden Dunes is a lovely apartment with ocean views. It is situated in a secure complex on Shelly Beach. The complex is also right behind Shelly Mall, which offers a variety of restaurants, shops and cinemas. The apartment sleeps 4.

The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, of which the main is en-suite. The main bedroom has a king-size bed with a beautiful view of the ocean. The second bedroom has 2 single beds that can be pushed together for a king-size bed if required. The en-suite bathroom has a bath with a hand shower, toilet and basin, the guest bathroom has a shower, toilet and a basin. The apartment has an open-plan fully-equipped kitchen with stove, oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, washing machine and tumbler dryer. There is also a breakfast nook with 6 chairs.

The open-plan lounge has 2 wingbacks, a 2 seater couch and a flat screen TV and DStv. There are ceiling fans in the lounge as well as in both bedrooms. The Lounge open up onto a covered balcony with patio furniture.

All linen, duvets and pillows are provided. Please bring your own bath, beach towels and toiletry requirements. A daily cleaning service can be arranged prior to arrival.

There are braai facilities in the complex, a fenced-in large communal swimming pool with open garden areas, and an under-cover parking for one vehicle. Additional parking available on request. Boat parking is available on request.

The property is fully walled with controlled access and a security guard on duty, patrolling the ground continuously between 6 pm and 6 am.

With direct access to the beach and tidal pool through a pedestrian gate from the complex, and activities and attractions like rock fishing, the ski boat club, cinemas, shopping malls and restaurants, all within 200 metres from the complex, there is little need to drive anywhere.
