House Rules
The number of visitors within the unit may not exceed the stated and agreed number quoted on at time of booking.
An admin fee of R500 is payable in cash on arrival independant of the duration of stay. This includes an admin fee, Laundry and cleaning services after guests leave.
The unit is not serviced, however cleaning can be arranged at an extra cost. Please email us if you want it organized.
Bookings of shorter duration than the minimum stated in the rates for each season will attract a surcharge.
A 50% Deposit is required to secure your booking. Extensions to the deposit due dates will be considered. Balance to be paid 5 days before arrival.
Ask about special offers/discount for staying 10 days or longer (in low season only).
