Description
This unit comprises 3 bedrooms, each furnished with double beds. The main bedroom features en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, shower and toilet. The second bedroom, present en-suite with a shower only, both these bedrooms are located downstairs. The third bedroom is located in the open-plan area and is furnished with a double bed, with a shared shower and toilet adjacent. There are twin beds in the TV room as well. The unit present 2 living room areas with a TV and DStv channels a DVD player as well as a portable radio, and there is a study in the loft with wonderful views and north-facing windows. The kitchen contains a gas stove, microwave, kettle, toaster, crockery and cutlery, and a gas fridge, with an adjacent scullery. The lounge has comfortable seating arrangements, as well as a large fireplace and braai area. There is an outdoor shower as well, and a single garage and driveway. Firewood is provided as well as the use of 2 standard mountain bikes.
