Great location but lacking care.

The accommodation was good, but there was not sufficient care into small details like there was 1 toilet paper per bathroom (for 5 days), 1 extra blanket for the 2 bedrooms. We had to use the lounge throw. No dishcloth for drying dishes and no soaps/shower gel/hand wash/toilet spray in bathroom. In all self-catering places we have stayed at, the basics were always provided. I think the host can be a little more hospitable. We asked for eye masks and someone brought them and placed them under the door mat in the dirt on concrete without any protective plastic or paper to cover them. This was to be put on our faces but the person did not really care. What's worse is that we were there, they could have knocked and hand them over. Other than these things, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it if people know to bring everything.

Hello Xoliswa Thank you for your review, we appreciate your feedback. Kindly note that we are self catering and only supply your very basic items. We are so happy to know that your host was more than happy to arrange eye masks for you upon your request. We generally do not bother guests so the host possibly just wanted to hand your masks over to you with out bothering you during your stay. We will however bring your points over to management and do our very best to make sure we resolve the issues mentioned. We hope your overall stay was wonderful.
