Please note that due to our very personal service, we do personalised check-ins and check-outs, thus we would like to make you aware of the following:
Check-in time is between 14:00 - 18:00.
Check-out time is between 08:00 - 10:00.
Any times outside these hours will be charged as follows:
After 6pm is R 150
After 8pm is R 250
After 10pm is R 350
After midnight is R 450
Check out before 7am is R 350
- Cleaning -
Please note you have booked a self-catering apartment and only the departure clean has been included in your booking. If you would like additional cleaning to be done whilst staying, please note the following price-list and kindly give us 24-hour notice of your request.
R 450 - Unit clean and linen change (bedding & towels).
R 300 - Unit clean only.
R 150 - Linen change only (bedding & towels).
- Breakage Deposit -
Kindly note, a mandatory R500 cash breakage deposit is required upon arrival for your stay. Should everything be in order when you check-out and a thorough sweep is done by our housekeeping staff, this amount will be returned to you within 5 business days via bank transfer.
No smoking in the apartment, balcony smoking is permitted.
No pets allowed.
