Not user friendly and I will not recommend it to anybody.

It was just not user friendly with absurd rules, like not being allowed to have a beer or wine on the premises. We bought two big spoons, and they were taken away by staff personnel while we were out. It was very hot when we arrived, and there was no air conditioning available, only a useless and noisy fan. The DSTV was not tuned to any working channel, and we struggled to tune to any available channel with any success.

Our geysers work on timers, but the water is always hot. If not at any time, we can override the timers should there ever be any issues. Our friendly staff is available anytime until 22:00. Apologies if you had an issue we weren't made aware of.

We do have heaters and other appliances too, available on request. Unfortunately, we were forced to remove loose appliances from all our rooms due to continuous theft. This is listed in the rules which are clearly visible in all our rooms.

Because of the age we live in with exceptional IT and seeing as we offer free, uncapped and unthrottled Wi-Fi, we do not see the need for telephones in our rooms. We do not have 24-hour reception, and therefore an intercom system will be redundant and will also not be viable for the low prices we offer.
