Description
Milkwood is a luxury open-plan cottage that contains a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bath, a toilet, a washbasin, and a private outdoor shower. The full kitchen is equipped with a fridge, stove and oven, microwave, kettle, and cutlery and crockery. An additional adult or child can be accommodated on a sleeper couch in the lounge area. The living area also features a fireplace and a TV pre-loaded with Netflix. Outside, is a patio deck with sun loungers and outdoor dining furniture. The cottage also has its own wood-fired hot tub and amazing views.

Please note that there is a gravel road leading to the accommodation. Guests are required to enquire from the establishment about the condition of the gravel road before booking.
No smoking is permitted inside any buildings or in the bush.
Please dispose of the cigarette butt in the provided containers.
No open flames allowed, except in the boma.
Please refrain from playing loud music, shouting, or making unnecessary noise.
The tap water goes through a filtration system and is clean and safe to use.
Although the location is in a safe area, kindly close all doors and windows when guests want to leave, to prevent wildlife from getting in.
The houses qualify as fully off-the-grid and eco-friendly. Please assist to conserve energy by not making use of too many electronics and appliances at the same time.
Please note that the hot tub water is only filtered once a day.
Please do not step on or climb on the deck rails. The cables are for aesthetic purposes and will break under pressure.
Please do not hesitate to ask the house assistant or management for any assistance or for information about the area.
Guests will be provided with a basket of complimentary firewood on their first day for the fireplace and the hot tub.
Please enquire from the house assistant for prices on wood should guests require more.
Charcoal and braai wood for the boma is also available for purchase from the house assistant.
Guests are welcome to ask their house assistant to start a fire in the hot tub, the fireplace, or the boma.
Extra pillows and towels are available from the house assistant upon request.
The Wi-Fi is complimentary and does not require a password.
The television is loaded with Netflix. Guests must please make use of the account that corresponds with the name of their house only.
The house will be clean and sanitized when guests arrive and will be serviced on every third day of their stay, with the exception of Sundays.
Upon departure, please leave the keys at the front door or hand them to the house assistant.
