Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the establishment.
House Rules
- No pets allowed;
- Guests are required to clean their dishes;
- Smoking in the home is strictly prohibited. The apartment is fitted with a smoke alarm;
- No parties or events;
- Check-in is at 15:00 – 19:00 and check-out is at 10:00;
- A R300 charge will be added for each lost or stolen keys and/or tags.
- Guests are not allowed to eat or drink anything in the bedroom.
- Please refrain from making noise past 22:00;
- No unregistered guests are allowed;
- Please refrain from using spray-on tan products, as this will result in the soiling of the sheets. Guests will be responsible for any stains or damage to linens;
- Please use makeup wipes or black towels for makeup removal. Extra charges will be applied if needed;
- Lights and heater to be turned off when away;
- No bathroom towels are allowed to be taken outside or to the beach.
