Goed toegeruste oorslaapplek.

Alles was perfek met pragtige ou meubels. Gerieflike kombuis.

Our visit was far too short.

This is a “Whoo-hoo-hoo, what a wonderful place” review. Eirene’s Place has everything you need – a beautifully decorated apartment, a comfortable bed with bespoke linen, a luxurious bathroom, a very enticing book collection, and everything you need to prepare yourself a meal. Add to this a spectacular sea view, and you are in heaven. You know what? This is where our “Whoo-hoo-hoo” experience started. We were invited to attend a wedding at Murasie in Baardskeerdersbos and had booked (some three months ago) for a Friday and Saturday evening. Life happens, so our circumstances changed between booking our accommodation and the actual date. That Friday, we helped our son move into a flat because he was starting a new job. At the end of the Friday, we realised that we were complete ‘poegaai’, so driving to De Kelders would have just been a schlep rather than a joy. So, we called Don and Carol to tell them not to wait for us. Upon arrival on Saturday late morning, Don and Carol invited us for a light breakfast before we leave on Sunday … on the house! And there we were … sitting like millionaires on a deck where you can see forever (just like in the picture), waves crashing on the rocks, and dolphins frolicking in the waves. The breakfast? A ‘light’ breakfast? Bah! Thanks, Don and Carol for an unforgettable experience.

This is not the view from the unit, it is in fact the owner's private balcony. Our view was an overgrown bush and jojo tanks. Under their private balcony.

'n Skoon plek, met 'n lekker bed.

Fantastiese see uitsig en briljante ontbyt. Don en Carol gaan uit hulle pad om 'n mens tuis te laat voel. Kom weer terug!

Was aangenaam. Eienaars baie gasvry.

Dit sal welkom wees as daar moontlik 'n TV met DStv moontlik 'n TV in die woonstel is indien jy wil opvang met sport as die weer nie gunstig is om buite te wees nie.

Heerlike verblyf in 'n sentrale ligging.

Verblyf by Eirene Place is kos vir die siel. Die eenheid is baie goed toegerus en is baie netjies. Don en Carol is so gasvry en ontbyt was een van die lekkerstes nog. Hoogs aan te beveel.

Hartlike ontvangs. Baie gerieflik en goed geleë. Ontbyt hoë gehalte. Smaakvol/huislik ingerig.

Don en Carol bied deurgaans vriendelike en effektiewe gasheerskap. Hul skep 'n rustige atmosfeer vir kosbare tydjies van samesyn en kuier. Ons het dit opreg waardeer.

Luukse kothuis.

Ons het 'n vriendelike ontvangs gehad en die kothuis is baie luuks en skoon. Die kothuis was bietjie koud, met geen verhitting. Ons is bederf met 'n heerlike ontbyt. Pragtige plek vir aand of twee!

Dit was goed maar TV is te klein.

TV is 'n probleem moet 'n nuwe TV kry, plek se uitsig oor see is swak, parkeerplek is onveilig. geen sekuriteit nie.

Alle verwagtinge oortref.

Ongelooflike gasvryheid. Ek het lanklaas sulke warm mense ontmoet. Verblyf was perfek, diens puik en die area was wonderlik.

Carol and Don are the best hosts I have ever had the privilege of meeting.

The apartment is spacious and luxurious. The view is beautiful, The Breakfast on the upper deck is like living in paradise and we have never felt so pampered in our lives. What a wonderful experience for our 33rd Anniversary. I would recommend choosing Eirene Place before any other when going to Gansbaai for a break. Thank you, Carol and Don!

‘n Heerlike ligging in ‘n pragtige, stylvolle gemeubileerde kamer. Die eienaars het ons baie tuis laat voel. Uitstekende ontbyt!

Don and Carol were very warm, kind and friendly hosts. Their accommodation was very comfortable, tidy and located within easy reach of all the major attractions in Gansbaai. I felt very welcomed and at home at Eirene Place, and this made the holiday a great deal more relaxing.

The very best place to stay! The nicest hosts, so very friendly, made us feel at home! Perfect location, so much space, and everything sparkling clean. And breakfast was excellent.

Groot verrassing wat betref puik verblyf, ligging, ontbyt en die vriendelikste eienaars.

Die verblyf is 'n baie treffende en mooi toegeruste eenheid op die grondvloer wat alle toerusting bevat wat selfsorg baie gemaklik maak. Die pragtige oudhede is met smaak gekies en is gebruik om 'n spesiale, huislike atmosfeer te skep. Die pragtige rangskikking van inheemse blomme, tuisgebakte beskuit en verwelkomingsbriefie laat jou baie welkom en spesiaal voel. Carol se ontbyt is van hoogstaande gehalte en word met liefde voorgesit. Die stoep van die eenheid gee 'n mooi uitsig op 'n gedeelte van die baai. Ons sal die plek met graagte weer wil besoek en almal wat van 'n huislike atmosfeer hou aanbeveel om daar oor te bly!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Carol and Don were the perfect hosts, not intrusive, yet very warm and hospitable. The guest room was beautifully decorated, immaculately clean and care taken to provide a warm and personal touch. The breakfast was delicious, and especially the home made bread and scones provided yet another well appreciated personal touch. Each piece of crockery and cutlery had its own story too! What a wonderful stay!

Tranquil and comfortable.

I really enjoyed my overnight stay with Don and Carol and think that they are great hosts. Everything that you'll need has been thought of and the apartment is tastefully decorated, comfortable and airy. I loved the bird life and the quiet, and really enjoyed breakfast on the deck surrounded by the bird life and glorious view.
