The main bedroom opens onto a large terrace, which has aluminium furniture and a Jetmaster braai facility. There is 1 bathroom, which has a Victorian bath, basin, and a toilet. On the ground level, the kitchen contains a 4-plate stove with an undercounter oven, a bar fridge, and a separate freezer. The living area has a 4-seater dining table.

The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, and features an en-suite shower; the second bedroom is equipped with 1 double bed and 2 single beds. The second bathroom boasts twin basins, and an oval bath. The well equipped, spacious country kitchen has a large coal stove for warmth, an 8-seater table, a fridge, a microwave, and an oven with a stove. The kitchen leads out to a covered verandah, which has a braai area overlooking a private garden with a pond. The living area boasts an open fireplace, a TV with selected DStv channels and a DVD player, and leads to a small entrance area that has a mini bar and another fireplace.

The 4th room is a loft that is equipped with 2 bunk beds for 4 children to sleep on, and has access to the 4th bathroom. The well-equipped kitchen contains a 4-plate gas hob and oven, a kitchen table and chairs, and leads to the pantry, which has a fridge, a freezer, a microwave oven, and selection of small appliances. There are also laundry facilities available. The high-ceiling living room has a gallery of original bird paintings, a mini-bar area, and a beautiful stone fireplace.
