Elements Private Golf Reserve Lodge 148 is a luxury self-catering bush lodge situated in the Elements Private Golf Reserve with stunning views of the bushveld and Waterberg. The Peter Matkovich designed golf course has been ranked number 17 of the top 100 courses in South Africa. The clubhouse is located on a rise overlooking the golf course and offers a wonderful view of the course. On the upper level it houses the reception, administrative offices, children's play area, bar, restaurant and main kitchen. On the lower level there are locker rooms, a halfway house, golf pro shop and conference facilities. In addition to the golf and excellent practice facilities, the estate offers mountain bike trails, tennis courts, hiking, game viewing, bird watching, swimming, a spa, conferencing and a comprehensive food and beverage offering. The Elements Golf reserve is home to many natural game species and is also situated close to the bigger nature reserves Mabalingwe and Zebula which offer the chance to see the Big 5 and other wildlife.

The lodge can accommodate up to 4 guests and comprises 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area. The first bedroom contains a king-size bed, and a TV with DStv Premium. The second bedroom contains 2 three-quarter beds. Both bedrooms have a full en-suite bathroom with a bath and a shower, a toilet and a washbasin, as well as a private outdoor shower, and air-conditioning. Both bedrooms have a private front entrance as well as French doors leading to the deck area which connects to the main patio and living area.

The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and includes a fridge-freezer, a dishwasher, and a microwave. There is also a separate scullery and guest toilet. The dining area and lounge have air-conditioning, a Morso fireplace and a flat-screen TV with DStv premium. Stacking doors lead onto a covered patio with stunning views into the valley. Outdoor furniture, loungers and a Weber kettle braai are provided. There is a large rim-flow lap pool and an outdoor boma area a few steps away.
