Description
Elephant Hide Away Cottages offers self-catering cottages on the banks of Witbank Dam in the Golden Mile eco-estate.
Guests have a choice of 2 cottages that can each accommodate up to 6 people each. Each of the cottages comprises 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a kitchen, and a lounge.
The bedrooms are furnished with double beds, and sleeper couches are available in the lounges. Each of the bathrooms is fitted with a shower, and a toilet, and for convenience, linen and bath towels are provided.
The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a stove and oven, a microwave, a fridge, as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities, and meals can be enjoyed at the breakfast bar.
Guests can relax in the lounge which is equipped with a TV with selected DStv channels, a fireplace, and opens onto an enclosed stoep with a dining area, and a built-in braai that overlooks the dam. A cleaning service is available on request at an additional cost.
Guests can also go boating and fishing, and the secure estate offers guests the opportunity to view zebras, elk, wildebeest, and a variety of buck.
