Convenient and comfortable stay.

We stayed over in Elgro Hotel for the annual MASA tournament, it was really convenient to be on site for the event. The rooms were perfect and breakfast was great!

Was grateful to get a place on a busy weekend, with SA Athletics.

But they can certainly improve on customer service in terms of their "Front of house" management, makes you feel terribly unwelcome, as if you are bothering as a guest just to find out something basic, our rooms were not ready on arrival at 14:45 and next day our room had not been serviced by 2pm. Which is quite bad after an exhausting day of school athletics where you are already out of the hotel at 6 in the morning. Furthermore, the hotel was clean and tidy.
