Only 2 day-visitors are allowed to visit short-term guests concurrently. Visitors are not permitted after 9pm.
Loud music and slamming of doors are not allowed.
Braai is prohibited in any part of the building.
Trucks, caravans, trailers, boats or other heavy vehicles may not be parked in the Building without the prior written consent of the Trustees.
Please refrain from hanging laundry, wetsuits and towels over the patio and hand railings.
Smoking is not permitted in buildings or its common areas.
Guests may not make use of the surfboard or bicycle racks.
Pets are prohibited.
