Erf 3 sleeps 12 guests in a house in Arniston on the beachfront.
The spacious double-storey house has lovely sea views and offers 6 rooms that share the use of 4 bathrooms. Of the 6 bedrooms, 5 rooms are furnished with double beds, and 1 of the rooms has 2 single beds. There are 3 rooms with an en-suite bathroom, and the other rooms share the use of a bathroom.
The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a stove and oven, a microwave, and meals can be enjoyed at the dining tables. A Nespresso coffee machine is provided, but guests need to bring their own coffee capsules. Guests can relax in the 3 lounges, and a TV with DStv is available. The house also has 2 cosy fireplaces to relax in front of, on chilly days.
The living area opens onto a lovely, sunny patio, and outdoor braai facilities are available for guests' use. The house has an enclosed yard. Erf 3 is equipped with an alarm system with armed response. Please note that sections of the house are accessed via stairs.
Arniston offers various restaurants, lovely beaches, mountain biking- and hiking trails, fishing opportunities, whale watching as well as diving among the wrecks found on the coast. Guests can also visit the spa at the Arniston Hotel and the Waenhuiskrans Cave.
