Escape to a Coastal Sanctuary is a light and airy self-catering home located in the seaside suburb of Table View, in Cape Town. This holiday home is ideally situated 2 km from Blouberg Beachfront where lovely Table Mountain views can be admired, trendy restaurants, bars, and shops.

This spacious and light-filled home can accommodate up to 9 adults and 1 child and comprises 1 main house with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and a cottage with 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom.

The spacious main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and features an en-suite bathroom with a shower, and opens onto the garden’s pool area. The second bedroom has a double bed and the third bedroom has a bunk bed with a single pull-out bed below the lower bunk. A stored mattress provides extra bedding for an additional child. Both the second and third bedrooms share the main bathroom, which is fitted with a double vanity and a shower. The cottage is attached to the main house and is equipped with a double bed, and features a kitchenette and a bathroom with a shower.

In the main house, the fully equipped kitchen contains an oven and stove, a microwave and a double-door fridge-freezer, and leads into a scullery with a dishwasher and laundry appliances and facilities. The spacious open-plan lounge and dining spaces offer a large Smart TV with selected DStv channels. The living area leads to a tiled outdoor entertainment area, which has a built-in braai area and an outdoor dining table with seating where guests can enjoy alfresco meals.

This entertainment area leads around to the back gardens and the swimming pool. The property also boasts a double garage with additional parking available on the driveway.
