This multi-level home can accommodate 8 adults and 2 kids and comprises 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and a guest toilet, a cinema room, a bar and entertainment area, 2 living areas, and a fully equipped kitchen. A central courtyard forms the heart of this Tuscan-inspired home, with the kitchen, lounge, entertainment area, cinema room, ground floor main bedroom, and patios all leading off from this space. The courtyard contains an eight-seater dining table for meals over candlelight, and leads to another lovely seating area before opening onto a covered garden terrace, with patio furniture.

The ground level also has stairs leading down from the courtyard, revealing a cosy bar and an entertainment area with an illuminated dartboard and a pool table. This bar area opens onto a patio, which boasts a built-in wood-burning pizza oven overlooking the ocean and area. The kitchen is an entertainer's dream and contains a 6-plate gas stove and an electric oven, a microwave, 2 fridges, a coffee machine, butcher-block bar counter, and other necessary appliances.

The kitchen opens into the spacious living room, which has glass stacking doors that open onto a covered balcony with a dining table and benches to enjoy alfresco meals overlooking Sheffield Beach's. The main bedroom is also on the ground level and is furnished with a queen-size bed, and features an en-suite bathroom with a bath and a shower.

A grand staircase leads up to the second storey, where one will find an informal lounge and the remaining 4 bedrooms; the lounge features glass doors that open onto another covered verandah, boasting lovely views of the North Coast's warm Indian Ocean. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed; the third and fourth bedrooms each have a double bed, and the fifth bedroom is a kiddies room with a child-only bunk bed. Three of the bedrooms feature an en-suite bathroom with a shower.
