Esperanza Guest House is an owner-run guest house nestled at the foot of the world-renowned Table Mountain, and just 5 minutes from the city centre. Esperanza is ideally situated allowing guests to explore the diverse attractions of the vibrant city, an ideal base from which to explore Cape Town's many attractions.

Accommodation is offered in just 6 en-suite rooms, which ensures that your stay is exclusive and private. The rooms are tastefully decorated to match the beautifully restored Victorian-style building, with its polished oak floors and pressed ceilings that hark back to the legacy of the luxury of this historic neighbourhood. En-suite bathrooms accompany every room, some of them grand affairs with enormous opaque windows, and antique ball-and-claw bathtubs. Classic wooden furniture adds to the warm feeling of our rooms. The rooms include televisions, a dresser, wardrobes, mini safety deposit box, a tea and coffee station, hairdryer, fan and heating. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available. The rooms are serviced daily.

The communal lounge and dining room are an extension of your room with comfy sofas, soft music and reading material on the Cape and its surroundings. Guests can mingle for evening drinks in the comfortable lounge, helping themselves to sundowners at the honesty bar. The adjoining dining room is splashed in the morning sun, where you can enjoy a gourmet breakfast.

Guests are welcome to take a dip in the splash pool. The guest house also offers a library, an information centre and tour desk, luggage storage, laundry services at an additional fee, and parking subject to availability.
