No smoking or pets are allowed.
A mandatory cleaning fee of R700 is required per booking, additional to the daily tariff. This includes the cleaning before and after guests' stay.
Payment for the accommodation is handled as follows:
-The deposit is payable as per quotation and expiry date on TravelGround.
The following payments must be paid into the owner's bank account at least 5 days prior to arrival. Banking details for the payment will be provided directly by the owner word:
- full balance outstanding (if any) of TravelGround quotation.
- The mandatory R700 cleaning fee per booking.
Please take note that there is not a lift.
