Description
The apartment comprises a bedroom with a king-size bed, a separate bathroom with a shower and toilet, and an open-plan kitchenette, living and dining area. Extra mattresses can be provided for children. The open-plan living area has a view onto the leafy garden and adjacent terrace. The kitchenette is equipped with a fridge, induction plate, microwave, kettle, Nespresso machine, toaster, and dishwasher. The living area leads onto a terrace, which is an undercover lounge area. This is an ideal spot to sit and admire the bird life in the garden. Portable braai facilities can be provided on request.

House Rules
There is a swimming pool in the garden, which is available at pre-requested and agreed times with the owner. Eventide is also home to My Clear Intention, which offers pilates with mats and machines, Yamuna body rolling, massage and podiatry. Sessions can be booked in advance. The apartment is ideal for self isolating for COVID-19, with Durbanville Mediclinic a mere 1.8 km away. In addition we would be happy to do grocery shopping for you at a small fee. There is a R300 check out fee at the end of your stay.
