Description

Located against the slopes of the Mariepskop mountain close to the Kruger National Park and the Blydepoort Canyon, within the Kruger-to-Canyons Biosphere Area, Eyrie Birding Accommodation offers birdwatcher-friendly self-catering accommodation for up to 8 people in Kampersrus AH, in the Limpopo/Mpumalanga Lowveld.

The spacious house comprises 4 bedrooms, 4 en-suite bathrooms, a kitchen, and a large dining room. Three of the bedrooms are furnished with double beds, and each room has an en-suite bathroom with a shower, one bathroom also has a bath. The fourth bedroom contains a double bed that can be split into two single beds and has an en-suite bathroom with a shower. Two additional small single beds may be added to the rooms, on request.

The kitchen is equipped for self-catering with a fridge, a microwave, a stove, cutlery and crockery, cooking utensils well as tea- and coffee-making facilities, and guests can enjoy their meals at the 8-seater dining table.

Outdoor braai facilities are available for guests to use. The house is not equipped with a TV, and unfortunately, pets cannot be accommodated.

Surrounded by trees and flowers, guests at Eyrie Birding Accommodation will see various birds and butterflies, monkeys and baboons, small game, muskrats, and civet cats.

Kampersrus AH offers various shops and restaurants, and is just 30 km from Hoedspruit, and is just 60 km from the Orpen gate at the Kruger National park.
